  1. To copy a picture stored in a non-PICT file:

  3. 1. Open the document containing 
  4.     the picture (using the program
  5.     that created the document).
  6.  
  7. 2. Select and copy the picture.
  8.  
  9. 3. Open Picture Compressor.
  10.  
  11. 4. Choose New from the File menu.
  12.  
  13. 5. Choose Paste from the Edit menu.
